The Cut Lead Extractor is specially designed to collect the cut wire or IC pin ends for electronics industry.
During the cutting process, the cut lead or pin ends will fly off into the equipment or cause injury to the operator. The Cut Lead Extractor will extract the cut lead and pin ends into the machine, which prevents the problem caused to the equipment and the inquiry to the operator.

What if there are following Troubleshootings for cut lead fume extractor?
Before inspecting and maintaining, please be sure to turn off the power!
1. Phenomena: the system still works, but the air quantity and the suction power is weaken substantially.
Reason: the air inlet is blocked or the filtering core reaches saturation and becomes invalid.
Check: turn off the power and open the head cover, check whether foreign matters are blocked in the air vent or not; then check whether the air vent is blocked or not. If the absorbing power of empty-loaded machine is normal, then the filtering core shall be changed.
2. Phenomena: the machine automatically power off after starting and restarting.
Reason: the internal air flow is not smooth, the resistance of filtering core is too strong, causing the electric current of fan too large and automatically protecting the fan.
Check: turn off the power and open the head cover, check whether foreign matters are blocked in the air vent or not; after checking and maintaining, turn down the air quantity knob to minimum. Restart the machine, adjust the knob to a suitable position indicating suitable air quantity.
